They fertilize four times a year after soil analysis for batch-specific needs. This lot is a Geisha variety process white honey -- pre-dried in the beds for 2-3 days, then passed on to patios until the coffee is thoroughly dried. Extremely fragrant, balanced, structured, harmonious, and juicy -- all at the same time.
