Honduras Santa Lucia Gesha Bundle
Santa Lucia is a farm run by Fincas Mierisch in Comayagua, Honduras. Established in 2014, it was revived from near-abandoned conditions and is now dedicated to cultivating exotic and heirloom varieties.
Honduras Santa Lucia Casona Gesha Washed
Tasting Notes: Jasmine, brown sugar, fresh berries, crisp acidity
The Casona plot, meaning “Big House,” is Santa Lucia’s first Gesha planting. Planted in 2014 using Gesha seed sourced from Francisco Serracin of Panama’s Don Pachi Estate, this lot shows a distinctly floral, delicate profile with berry-like character.
Honduras Santa Lucia Triangulo Gesha Washed
Tasting Notes: Jasmine, bergamot, peach, complex acidity
The Triángulo plot, meaning “Triangle,” is Santa Lucia’s newest Gesha planting. It was planted in 2018 using the same seed stock as the Casona Gesha, but it cups differently. Compared to Casona’s more floral, delicate character, Triángulo tends to show a brighter profile with more citrus and fruit.
