What determines the bag size each month?
The bag size is determined by the featured coffee’s cost and availability each month. This lets us share everything from high-end microlots to more experimental offerings while keeping your subscription price consistent.

When does the coffee ship each month?
All orders fulfill on the 15th of each month (or the Monday after the 15th if the 15th falls on the weekend). Depending on when you place your first order, it might take up to a couple months for your sub to begin to follow the standard delivery schedule. You can track your delivery schedule in Recharge and reach out if you have any questions.

What if I want coffee delivered more frequently (e.g., a bag every two weeks instead of two bags a month)?
A common myth in coffee is coffee is best closest to roasting. Light roast coffees actually benefit from rest and start to peak about 3 weeks off roast and hit their peak in the 4-5 weeks off roast. Figure out how much coffee you need each month and go with that.
