Femobook A4Z Electric Coffee Grinder

The Femobook A4Z is what happens when a serious pour-over grinder learns to leave the counter. A 48mm 1ZPRESSO ZP6 conical burr, the same set that lives inside one of the most-loved pour-over grinders out there, packed into a rechargeable, cable-free body that travels as well as it performs.

One hundred micro-adjustment clicks per rotation, with each click moving the burr a hair-thin 0.008mm (8 microns). That's nearly three full rotations of range dialed in at near-surgical resolution. Overkill in the best possible way. Pour-over sweet spot lives between 120 and 170 clicks; everything from a cleaner-tasting V60 to a fuller-bodied Kalita is one quarter-turn away.

A low-and-slow 60 RPM motor keeps the burrs cool and the grinds quiet, with no shrieking and no static cling-on. Auto-stop ends the cycle for you; charging cuts off when the battery's full. The 6000 mAh pack gets you 30 to 50 brews per charge, so a single Sunday top-up runs your whole week.

Tools? Skip them. The A4Z disassembles by hand, and a small magnetic brush attached to the funnel sweeps the burrs as you go. Less retention, more flavor making it from bean to cup.
