Gesha is well known for its delicate unique flavor, as well as for the exciting variations that innovative farmers can achieve with their drive for new and better methods and processes. This microlot comes from a Gesha plot settled along the river of Santa Felisa’s micro-lot, Los Jutes.
Established in 1904, Santa Felisa has maintained the founding values of integrity, quality, loyalty and justice. The Farm is now run by the fourth generation siblings under the guidance of the visionary agronomist, ecologist & Q-Grader Anabella Meneses.
For this particular coffee, Anabella washed purple hand-picked cherries and dried them in African beds under anaerobic conditions. The result is a sturdy body, with the characteristic floral fragrances, fruit undertones of maracuya with a surprising winey aftertaste. If you want to surprise your senses this coffee is the best candidate to leave you astounded!
