Dolmin Josue Moreno Alvarado, a third-generation coffee producer, manages Las Virginias farm in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. His deep passion for coffee, rooted in his family’s legacy, drives his dedication to producing exceptional Geisha coffee. The farm, situated at 1650 meters, benefits from ideal growing conditions that enhance the quality of the coffee. Known for its vibrant floral and fruit-forward profile, Las Virginias is a testament to Dolmin’s commitment to innovation and excellence, as reflected in its top ranking in the 2024 Cup of Excellence.
We have just 30 kilograms of this coffee. The coffee was harvested in 2024 and arrived at Bean & Bean’s roastery in September 2024. The first roast of this coffee was October 18th. This coffee will only be roasted on select days to ensure maximum freshness. A 2-3 week wait to receive the coffee after ordering should be expected.
