Fast flow and much cheaper than Sibarist Fast Filters

Excellent flow and much cheaper than Sibarist. I only use these for specific coffee beans that easily clog up my standard V60 filters.

If you are ready to taste coffee invest in this

I had to change the way I brewed to make these work but it was worth it. I tried and failed with my regular 3 pour recipe until I read the blog post they link on the product page. You have to GRIND WAY FINER. It almost looks like moka pot fine. It still flows really really fast but you end up with a strong cup in ~2 mins. The last upgrade was the melodrip. I grabbed from amazon for 35$. It is expensive but the gentle agitation pushes less fines through the paper. So So good.

Interesting material

The coffee filters feel almost like parchment paper. They like to spring back to their original shape out of the package. They are super fast. Like nothing is there. They do let quite a bit of particulate through into the cup, it kind of muddies the brew up.

Game changer

I love these…. I’ve been pushing coffees harder, grinding a few steps finer than regular filters and the clarity and depth of flavor is incredible. They give the coffee a weightier mouthfeel than paper filters and they never clog. Cheaper than sibarist FAST too
