Grown at an average altitude of 1,758 masl and carefully washed for exceptional clarity, this lightish-medium roast showcases the elegant aromatics and refined sweetness Ethiopian coffees are known for.
This coffee is a unique mix of heirloom varieties alongside experimental cultivars developed through the University of Jimma’s Agricultural Research Department, bringing both classic character and fresh dimension to the cup. Expect a silky body with the sensuous fragrance of jasmine, layered honey sweetness, and juicy blueberry notes, finishing clean and refreshing.
