The Janson Family Farm, established in 1941 between the Tisingal and Baru volcanoes, is dedicated to sustainable, high-quality coffee production. Committed to environmental harmony, they nourish their soil with enzyme microorganisms and avoid pesticides and herbicides. Forests act as natural barriers around their plantations, protecting local flora and fauna, while 400 solar panels power the farm. This dedication yields a washed processed Gesha coffee with remarkable complexity, sweetness, and clarity.
