This light roast comes from Panama’s Boquete highlands, grown at up to 1700meters in volcanic soils and shifting mountain microclimates. In the cup, you’ll find nutella, gentle sweetness, and soft floral hints, with a round, balanced body. The lot is primarily Red Catuai, grown by the Garrido family in Alto Quiel.
The Garrido family, led by a mother and her two daughters, washes and blends the coffee at their own mill with decades of experience guiding each step. They’ve earned Best of Panama recognition, including first-place wins for their Mama Cata Mokkita lots.
