Grown at the foot of the mighty Salkantay peak in Cusco’s Santa Teresa district, this organic coffee comes from Evelina Pereyra de Carrión, a dedicated farmer whose lot reflects the pristine conditions and rich biodiversity of the Peruvian Andes and Amazon. The Urubamba River and glacial waters of Salkantay nourish her crops, infusing each bean with the essence of the land.
The Cusco region—once the heart of the Incan empire—remains a cultural and ecological treasure, producing some of Peru’s finest coffees. Evelina’s coffee is a tribute to this legacy, cultivated in harmony with nature and ancestral tradition.
