Sourced from Zou Zhou Farm in the highlands of Alishan, Taiwan, this exceptional coffee is grown at over 1,200 meters above sea level. The farm is led by Rainy and her husband Fang—affectionately known as the “Coffee Prince”—a husband-and-wife team deeply committed to creating coffee that honors their heritage while uplifting their indigenous community. This Gesha coffee tree is 9 years old.
Every step of production showcases Rainy and Fang’s meticulous attention to detail and reverence for their land. Their work goes beyond coffee—it’s a mission to preserve cultural traditions, empower their community, and highlight Taiwan’s growing influence in the world of specialty coffee.
